Our cancellation policy stipulates that we require at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled session. 

If you inform us within that timeframe, we’ll be glad to provide a full refund or help you reschedule your session. 

We understand that unforeseen last-minute changes can occur, but it’s important to keep in mind that if you cancel your session just a few hours before its scheduled time, we won’t have the opportunity to book that slot for other clients. 

Therefore, the 24-hour notice is our cutoff point.
